"Battle" is about a new notion that caring for our mental health does not have to be a battle. It can be a mission of self-compassion, a journey of forgiveness. This enlightened outlook is the result of years of couples therapy.

Where raging at the rival
Brings a victory worth all costs

But the prize is alienation
Now that seems a hollow win
Standing lonely in the ruins
Of the war I fought within
